In order to have everything planned for your departure, please confirm the estimated time of departure.
On the day of your departure, you must leave the apartment before 11:00.

Security deposit
Upon delivery of the keys, a security deposit of €50 will be charged for reservations of one night and €100 for reservations of more than one night, to be responsible for any damage caused or loss of any object of the apt giving authorization by the client. Apartments in sun to be collected from the cash deposit have already made a charge on the credit card, if the €50 or €100 deposit, respectively, had not been sufficient.
If there is no damage and everything is correct, the deposit will be returned to the client upon delivery of the keys.
Cancellation policy
The number of people that can occupy the apartment cannot be greater than the number of people indicated in the reservation. If this happens, a charge will be made to the client’s account for a supplement per person, authorizing the client to Apartamentos en Sol to make a guarantee deposit or, if this is not sufficient, to charge the client’s credit card.
On special dates, the payment of the reservations will be made in advance 100% at the time of making the reservation and will be non-refundable in any case.
Responsibilities
Apartments in Sol, is not responsible for the belongings that are deposited in the apartments, once the reservation document has been signed and the keys have been handed over.
Apartamentos en Sol is not responsible for any damage that may be caused by the use made by the client of the apartment, including loss or damage.
Apartamentos en Sol has the full right to demand from clients who do not comply with the established rules, the immediate abandonment of the apartment, without the right to a refund.
